10,000B.C... Step Up 2.. Prom Night.. Superhero.. Iron Man.. Made of Honour.. What Happens in Vegas.. Untraceable.. Indiana Jones 4.. and finally it's down to the one.. ladies and gentlemen.. proudly introduce my 10th movie at Perth - "21"! *round applause* seriously..i had been longing for "21" ever since i knew its existence.. it's another dying-for-movie for me since Prom Night.. and i tot tat "21" was the best movie i've seen here..honestly..i personally favor "21" more than iron man.. though iron man is indeed a sophisticated technologically amazing movie, i still find "21" catchier..for me^^

21 is a movie about counting cards.. and more surprisingly it's inspired by a true story! hmm..impressive..XD It's about a group of MIT students who were trained to become experts in card counting and subsequently took Vegas casinos for millions in winnings.. it sounds so cool right..it's a movie comprising thrill, love..definitely, friendship, kinship..did i just say kinship? well yea n the most enticing part of all, MATHS! i hated myself so much for not being excel in maths..how i wish i could be like the guy..like calculator doesnt exist in his world..lol~XD i like the fact tat black jack isnt a game which thinking is not needed..which only i realized after seeing the entire story.. and also i like the part tat Harvard is involved in the movie! i was like damn it! Harvard University! which has been my all time favorite university of all time since i knew the gorgeous no.1 ranking of Harvard..especially the part tat the protagonist, Ben Campbell (starred by Jim Sturgess) is also applying for Harvard Medical School, which is also my dying-for-school! well i admit tat im a Harvard freak..i just simply get nuts n gone crazy whenever the thing is related to Harvard..lol~ guess i really have to join Harvard the family..destined to be so..dont be green-eyed monster..hoho XD out of topic..sorry -.- lets get back to the movie.. well yea..21 is a fascinating one..a great great great movie for me..love it!

about the leading actor Jim Sturgess..like what he's crowned the fresh new British hot lad..yea, indeed..i tot he did a great job in the movie..his other movies like "Across the universe" and "The other boleyn girl"..which are going to wow me..since i still havent got the opportunity to grab movies from someone else..yea i guess im gonna like those movies so much as i love their trailers..haha^^ well for other actors actresses like Kate Bosworth, the girl starring in Superman..Aaron Yoo, the guy who showed up in the movie Disturbia, the asian guy..(sure he is..lol~) Kevin Spacey, also, a guy from Superman..lol~ guess tat doesnt make any sense for me outlining all the actors out right..XD

my thoughts..well when i first heard about the card counting stuff i was like.."what?! isnt black jack just depending on luck?" well at least tat's what ive been doing since i first played black jack.. like just dumping all the money without any deliberation..n tat explains so much why i managed losing so damn a lot =.= yea..everything is cool..so cool..way too cool..XD hand signs, countersigns, teamwork, camouflage, and LAS VEGAS! its like a paradise for fellow gamblers.. like the future me..lol~ oh yea and shopping! i mean come on! after gambling n winning in Las Vegas, go for shopping! LV..Gucci..Prada.. damn~i got shaky just thinking of tat..tat must be lots of fun..(wake up yogurt yong..*slap*) yea seriously i tot the movie is really cool..perhaps the storyline isnt brand new..but i still love it! just like how much love n passion i had for Prom Night..it's so a fascinating movie..a fact-based great great the great movie..a mind-blowingly sensational movie! damn it..cant express how much i love it in words.. oh yea btw, i wasnt watching with neither elaine..nor harald..i watched it with my housemate..who's also orang kk..XD

David Archuleta VS. David Cook

Yup! It's a battle between Davids'! David Archuleta (right) and David Cook (left), they're both the top 2 finalist of American Idol 7. For me, it's gonna be the most thrilling finale ever! 2 talented guys, who will be crowned the new American Idol? Will 17-year-old David Archuleta with angelic appearance and amazing vocal win the night out? or is David Cook the rocker gonna crush the night? We'll see~XD The finale will be aired on Tuesday 6pm (USA) and finale result on Wednesday (USA) 6pm. For Astro its delayed by 1 day (Wednesday & Thursday respectively), the same time, 6pm.

Alright, the above craps are just introduction..n now its my very own time! XD i personally want David Archuleta to win the whole show..n i hope.. too bad i'm not in USA..if i'm, i'll vote my ass off! He's been the most consistent guy thru-out the show since he 1st showed up..he's started singing since the age of 8 i think..n he won the Star Search at his age of 13! incredible! he's destined to super stardom..David Archuleta the Superstar! XD Teen gals are all crazy over him..like screeching n jumping up-and-down after seeing David A. -.- i saw this in his fans forum..they're just so out of control when they got the chance to meet David A.. some of them even crying non-stop after seeing him like there's no tmr..lol~XD but..David Archuleta deserves it! try to search his songs on youtube or somewhere else..his voice is just so pure n innocent for a 17-year-old guy..the king of ballad! XD i love all his performances on AI..especially the song "Angels"..he sang it like there's really an angel around contemplating him..gosh! its such a moving performance.."Imagine" is also one of his hottest performances i guess..*MELTS* nah~all the songs tat he's sung are so nicely delivered..but there's always an exception for everything..he screwed up on the song "We can work it out"..he forgot the lyric, pitchy in the middle n stuff..like i always say, nothing is perfect..n also like i always say, imperfection makes perfect! XDD yea anyway, David Archuleta is the one! Way to go Archie! wuakakakaXD he's the bomb! the hot solid blazing bomb! Yoohoo~he's there to win the entire show! cant wait to see his coronation of AI7! yea.. he's just plain amazing.. though David Cook is also another hot bomb, who always rocks the stage, i still think Archie is the one to be..yea, it's undeniable tat both of them have scarily enormous fan base..tats why i said its gonna be the most thrilling finale ever! i'm so looking forward to seeing David A's winning moment n everyone screaming screeching shouting joyfully for him n tears of angel shedding from his eyes..woo~cant help myself from getting goose bumps thinking of tat.. yea, lets witness the victorious moment of David Archuleta! XD

I felt nothing but shocked when my mom sent a msg saying that my grandma passed away that morning..it was just yesterday (14/5)..i was studying for my upcoming test but..who knows sth like this happened..i was kinda upset knowing such a bad news..i could barely stuff things into my brain after that..it was just like a bolt from the blue..though she's not the grandma living with me since i was small, she's my grandma after all..

I'm actually doing quite fine, just that sometimes i'm depressed when suddenly think of her..its so unreal.. nah~will be fine.. my grandma was a great grandma..seriously..she used to be so active like taking care of her garden, walking around n talking volubly but not anymore since she fell sick like few months ago.. anyway, she was such a great great grandma.. may god bless her. Rest in peace, grandma.

Yog's Report

Its been a tough week for me (as u can see from the pic beside), reports, assignments, tests..uuhh..getting sick of it..n tats the reason i kept my blog untouched..haha..so, here's a report for what i've done XD

well, as a result i didnt sleep well thru-out the week..(damn..sleeping is the best damn thing ever..) i didnt even sleep the night before i had to hand in my psyc lab report..it was just the sunday before (04.05.2008).. i started my report at 6pm..try to imagine a guy rushing his 1500-word-report like just the night before the due date? hell no! well what would u say to tat guy? serve your right u slothful miserable ass! (tats what i told myself at the moment) I swore the God tat i wont be doing things with this last-minute-attitude anymore n hopefully i can pull it off..hopefully == i couldnt complete my report without my housemate's help, thanks for his existence..lol~he didnt sleep tat night as well, for helping me out? yea..kind of..well..yea..exactly helping me out..did i feel guilty? well, sort of but..nah~he wouldnt have been sleeping even though i wasnt bothering him haha..forgot to mention, he's the "king of late night"..i can always see him sitting in front his comp when im getting prepared to uni..in the morning! cool huh..XD finally i got my report done! it was 6am sth..well suppose i really wanted to take a nap but i just didnt..i didnt want to break my record for not missing a lecture..well, i broke it in the end =.= i missed my very 1st lecture of the day, maths lec at 8am(its so not a good thing having lectures at such a bitchy time), then when i arrived uni i promptly catched up my 2nd lecture: human bio, which i managed to be just in time..but guess what, i fell asleep! damn..its better i slept at home.. for the 3rd lecture of the day: psychology, i abandoned attending it since i still had a lil part of the report undone, n for god's sake i had a subsequent psyc lab class right after the lec! psyc lab normally lasts for one n a half hour, which meant i had no time to finish my remaining lil tiny fine trivial part of the report (report's due at 12pm.. i was still in lab class at tat moment!) so tats why i had to finish it before my lab class n consequently, i skipped my psyc lecture..pathetic guy XD after the lab class i had my chem lecture, which was my last lec of the day! thank god i was alive at that moment..but as expected..i..FELL ASLEEP AGAIN! damn it..its like i went to uni merely for the report to be handed in..definitely no next time..

yea, things going on day after day..on 26.04.2008 i went to ikea with frens (harald, elaine, cindy, laura, pamela), heard tat its a new place..ms.elaine drove all the way there n i was the direction-instructor, holding a laptop using google map to find the way there..n luckily, we arrived safely! XD the whole ikea store is friggin' huge..we had our lunch, wandering ard the whole building n i ended up with a bolster going home with me XDD how lovely..after tat we went crashing elaine's hse..again..Pamela was the one who suggested so haha.. yea.. we went for a stroll as usual ard the park nearby elaine's hse, n we saw a limo! damn what a limo..haha after that we had our dinner at Arirang, a korean bbq restaurant..without Harald..since he went back to his homestay with mouthful of reluctanceXD poor guy..

what else? i had my chem mid-term exam.. it wasnt going so well anyway..fortunately i survived from the exam! i passed! lol~XD stress is building up as lectures are going on..i really have to work double hard to hit the perfect score in the exam..its not gonna be easy huh..am i able to pull thru the hardship? will see..

oh yea! i had another 3 movies after prom night the great..my 4th movie, Superhero, 5th movie, iron man, n the very recent 6th movie, made of honour..i watched Superhero by myself..wat?! yea..by myself..i couldnt withstand the feeling for not watching a movie when its the cheaspest day of all..though its still expensive, i just wanted to! (headstrong urchin..piak!) nah~its not a good thing watching movie alone, i've tried 3 times before, so trust me..grab someone for a movie when u want to..lol~XD superhero is senseless, yet funny..iron man is the best movie i've had in perth..made of honour, another chick-flick..yet its nice..go get'em in cinema if u havent..haha..
cant let myself indulging in movies tat much anymore..my wallet is bleeding profusely T.T
